When a murder occurs, who isn't interested in what happened? Especially when it happens as a result of gang violence. When Tina, an innocent bystander, is caught in the crossfire of a gang war, her brother vows revenge. Drugs, fights, jail time, turf wars and all-out revenge are the only things he cares about. His plan is devious.
